I think i found a pattern in the spams that do get through. Take a look at the others(if you can find them). See if they have the same outline, but still different words. This is just my own opinion, i don't know if others find this also. but if this is true, this information could be used to update the spam blocker to block this.

Edit: I also seem to find that they seem to be sort of written in an "accent," but that might just be me.
