Within the last hour I've noticed that as well:

Those two incidences seem to have been fixed. That or I don't see your point.
If you mean what I think you mean then I have noticed that sometimes too, and it's like an ATH expires after a certain period of time.
What caught my attention was that the "Latest Record Broken"-feature on p1 showed that there was a new ATH for one of my games. When I clicked on the game the time listed as an ATH only was the 9th fastest. But as you write, it all seems to be corrected now.
Just spotted another instance of this:

I seem to have misunderstood the backticks thing. Trying again:

Let's clear this up. David, correct me I'm wrong, but when a cheater's score is eliminated the ATH does not automatically default to the next highest score but becomes open. So the first person to play the game once the ATH has been removed will set the new ATH irrespective of all the previous scores....
Hope this helps...
There is an odd one though. In tickman's How Lucky Are You, (http://www.purposegames.com/game/how-lucky-are-you-quiz-style/info) I set the ATH (after about 1200 plays, but it didn't register..... Go figure.
@bix21: should be ok now. sorry for the inconvenience. thanks for the additional info.
@Aquambulushirsutus: should also be ok now.
Thanks, David.
@bix21: After 1200 plays?! Perhaps Tickman should rename the game from "How Lucky Are You?" to "How Persistent Are You?" ;)
