Posted: 2008-05-15 22:29:13 # I've only been around for 4 months at this time, and I've mostly had a chance to observe Sarah, so I'd say Sarah :P Though the few glimpses I've gotten of Moga and Thomsi I've noticed they don't take many attempts to hit the top or near top scores on a game or tournament. So, I think they're equally amazing :) And since Sarah is not in that tie, she wins :P
I'd contend we'd have to have the exact same hardware and such available to us to truly know, and establish other metrics for comparison, such as restrict number of attempts, and give the same collection of dots to click, etc...
And how can we account for guessing at the next dot to click, if we're all chasing after fastest times? as this act can propel one to be a high end outlier relative to the average times scored.
So what do we use to choose? Who learns the quickest? and who clicks the fastest? or who guesses best? and who does the previous three in the fewest attempts? but more importantly, who is most charming?! [jkn]
Okay done babbling :P
To sum up, Sarah.

Well.. I think that the best is Veejay
Posted: 2008-05-16 15:10:17 # Hard to say.. i haven't played Veejay a lot, but anyone who can beat Sarah is an excellent player ;-)
I think Sarah may be the best active player at the moment, but i'm trying hard to prove otherwise ;-P
Posted: 2008-05-16 15:12:58 # By the way.. i think age may play a part. What's your ages? Mine's 32.
Posted: 2008-05-17 05:58:21 # I'm 30, but why might that be important? I know a Counterstrikeplayer who is twelve years old and beats us all! He is so fast and accurate you can't believe it is true if you don't look him over the shoulder. I suggested him to play Purposegames already a summer ago but he isn't good at English and didn't find it very interesting (people don't like to learn if they still go to school). At the time tournaments still didn't exist though as far as I remember. I think there are just two age classes, young and old, the young ones having an advantage. But the border between young and old isn't fix.
Posted: 2008-05-17 12:34:32 # Thomsiboms is my age times two.
:P
I like to think I do pretty well for a teenage girl.
But you guys are some serious competition.
I think we're all pretty great in our own way.
Posted: 2008-05-17 13:11:55 # lol well im only 12... but anyway I used to play counterstrike but i don't anymore. the people in vietnam are crazy in counter strike! they are so good! but i say we are all good at times so we are all tied:)
Posted: 2008-05-17 17:23:52 # :)
Being twelve is not a disadvantiage, on the contrary, it may be an advantage! I just wondered, i think that kids generally may be just a bit quicker. But i may be wrong. And eques is right, there is no fixed line between them.
And as you guys said, we're all doing fine :-)
Posted: 2008-05-17 18:17:16 # You are all GREAT!!
From my point of wiew:-))
Posted: 2008-05-18 13:20:02 # i'm 13...you guys must be very agile to handle the mouse that fast. How do you do so well at clicking?
I'd have to say that Sarah and Tomsiboms are tied and then Veejay, then Mogadishu.
You guys are all really good, though.
Posted: 2008-05-18 20:46:48 # I had been wondering whether there should be a time bonus for the old-timers - such as me (48)! Just kidding. I think it's wonderful that this fantastic site attracts such a diverse range of ages and talents!
Posted: 2008-06-04 15:29:50 # I feel pretty old around here....30 ;-)
Posted: 2008-06-04 17:33:13 # @ Tinus:
Well, BoboLo is older than you. Me, too. And RDG. Brainiest (whom I haven't seen around lately). I suspect that there are many more.
Posted: 2008-06-04 23:17:39 # Add me to the over 30 club too!
