But of course, this gets to a larger issue: When two (or sometimes more) countries (or subnational entities or wannabe countries) claim an area, how is it addressed? The general usage here is that whoever has actual control of the area is credited as owning the place. But there are exceptions:
David's own South America game has the Falklands included as part of Argentina (they are currently British territory). There are competing games about Israel/Palestine. One has all the land in one country, the other has it reversed.
My oldest game on the site is "Disputed Territories". There was no shortage of material for that game. In fact, I only used a minority of the possible places, trying to put in the bigger disputes and some of the odder ones. See:

Of course, there is nothing to stop you from making a game showing it "your" way.
