I have an idea. Perhaps it would be nice to make a sort of total ranking of players based on their scores of all their maps combined. For instance, this ranking would be topped by the player who has the most nr. one spots on the maps, followed by the player who has the second most nr one spots, etcetera. This way would show who is the best overall geoquiz player. (All though we already know this, if we look at the score sheets from some players, right Alex, Pelle, Angela? ;-) )
It's just an idea.

And actually, Alex, Pelle, and Thomsiboms have great scores on a TON of games. My ranking would be very low, because I don't have a lot of games completed. I'm slowly working my way through them, but my knowledge of geography is pretty limited, especially when it comes to the cities of other countries. It's just for fun, I'm learning at the same time, and passing hours at work. No need to take it all so seriously...I don't think Dave is offering a million dollar prize or anything.

Though I think it might be difficult to rank overall, if there was a way to do it, I'd love to see Alex, Pelle, Thomisiboms, etc recognized for their skill and knowledge...they're awesome at this.

Besides that, I personally WOULD be interested in such a ranking...let's give props to those who deserve it! Maybe I'll even make it in there someday. :-) But it'll be a LONG while.

I guess I'm a Grand Master just because I have a 100% on all games (except the very new ones...) but a player like Alex with 19 or 20 1:st places, is "only" a Master. So I would support such a ranking too.

By the way David, it would be nice with some more games with countries/states/provinces now. All the new 25 cities games is almost like giving Alex another 1:st place... ;-)

I (and most others..) need some new maps where we have a chance on the top spot, because honestly, I just can't compete with Alex on the cities.
I'll be very afraid the day he starts on the countries...

We sit right next to each other here at work so I'm allowed to slag him a bit... hehe

it seems ok...im new here...but im just interested in owning africa...in my first time i got 96th place second i got in the 60s and 4th it will be lower :-) (african contries that is)
