When making a multiple choice game it is sometimes advantageous to have a certain order to the questions because of design or train of thought. There would be several advantages to being able to assign an order to the questions:
1) to save the zinger pun for last
2) to avoid having an early question be a spoiler for a later one
3) to allow questions to "build" to a conclusion (as suggested by RDG).
4) to space questions so that there's not too much of the same at once.
