When you get the all time high on a map, and you refresh the info page of that map, it says 'Set by So and so(in my case Thomsiboms) 3 weeks and 6 days ago' When you refresh it another time, then the correct time shows up. Something like:''Set by So and so 4 seconds ago'. Just a minor bug, but i thought i'd mention.

I've noticed similar lags elsewhere in the site. Must just be a refreshing rate thing.
The ones I've noticed are:
I rate a game, go to the home page and later I'm thinking "Didn't I just rate that game a few minutes ago?" After all, there is no rating shown. I click on the game, and sure enough I have rated it.
Number of plays doesn't always add up.
And likewise, "I thought I posted a comment to that game."
Well, no big deal, but I'm glad that I'm not the only one who has noticed it. Maybe my memory isn't going bad...

The problems you are referring to are twofold:1) The played times, the rating differing from the homepage from that of the game page, is that the homepage (first page with the "latest games" list etc) gets cached to handle the traffic better. That's a bad side effect that I haven't really gotten around to fix yet. The game page should always show the correct data.
2) The problem you have with the 1 comment not showing up is due to my spam filter erroneously catching the comments you sometime put in there with links referring to the sources of the image. (generally a comment with lots of links gets caught). Anyway, this can and shall be fixed, so please do continue with the comments on sources etc.

Ah, thanks for explaining it. It wasn't really a problem for me, just something I noticed. Now that I know, it is even less of a problem.
And thanks for all your work in tweaking the site for such concerns.

Maybe the spam filter shouldn't sort out comments if they contain only links to other http://www.purposegames.com pages, no matter how many they might be.

There is presently a bug on the History Games. After page 5 there is not a "next" listed to advance to the rest of those games in History. Anything new and less frequently played will not appear. The other sections do not have this problem. Dal discovered this on one of my games and sent me a message about it.
