Alexloulou has played 90 games, and is at a pro rating, which is very good. However, many are at Master or Grand Master rating, and have played several hundred games. Alex has made no games, Some players have made more than 20.
Some picks (all Grand Masters):
Niklas has played 564 games and made 184 games. So he's made more than twice as many as Alex has played.
Archilles has made 26 games and played 967. That's more than 10 times as many as Alexloulou has played. His score is #1 or #2 in many games.
Equestenebrarum has made 84 games and played 435.
Tickman has made 97 and played 467.
Doffa has made 55 games and played 218.
Trinot has played 1129 and created 15.
I'm sure I've missed some others of note.

Really, I don't think speed is that important (mainly because technics are not comparable: Trackpad vs. mouse vs. touchscreen, for example).
Well, in the case of MisterSamsonite and some view others I am very impressed because of the sheer number of games they completed first or 2nd, 3rd. Also I take my hat off to all players in the Top 10 of the Standard "The Countries of" games, regardless of which technics they did use.

My vote goes to tickman especially, and then to niklas, RonaldDerGrosse, Doffa, famisamis to name but a few who put so much effort (and heed comments on the games they create) extending the fun for all of us that David put into motion. Thanks to all involved.
From the speed standpoint, I'm in awe at MisterSamsonite. For me he sets the markers to beat. There are other fantastically consistent players such as Dan and Beltenebros, too. The most awesome marks have got to be in some of the country games and the 20 secs in Best Chess Players is mind-blowing - however its done.
Just as a matter of interest, How do people manage to get time scores of zero in the 1 and 2 dot games ?

Right on the dot (no pun intended)about speed. Besides pointer types (mouse/trackpad/trackball/touchscreen), consider screen size and resolution, processor speed, type of internet connection (dial-up vs ethernet vs DSL vs cable). I saw it suggested somewhere in the forum that it is possible to use macros for some of this, and of course, not everyone is going to do that.
Even when all is equal, does it mean the same thing if someone plays a game say 4-5 times, while another person plays the same game 20 times just to get a high score?

The important thing is that we are enjoying every game events. But in the end, its still DAVID whom we should give praise and thanks for creating and giving us the purposegames.

You can learn thingd you even did not know you wanted to know in your own pace or you can be competitive and go for the shortest time. Even here you have a choice, to beat your personal record or to beat your friends and colleagues or everyone if you are fast enough. When it comes to that MisterSamsonite and Alexloulou seem to be the two fastest, now active, players where MisterSamsonite seems to be the fastest one, but he has been doing this for a while and Alexloulou is rather new to this site so maybe this will change with time. Keep on fighting, it is fun to watch, even if I am far from fast myself. I create a lot of games and leave it to others to break the records :)

His records were very the toughest to crack and he didn't seem to have a lot of trouble taking them back.. Too bad he's been out of sight for a while. Among the other inactive players the best are angela0276, and probably G-MONS and arjun13. Pelle is also a player of note in this context.
Another point to make is that of some 2000 games on this site, only 9 have been played over 10,000 times. The 2 most played games, The countries of Europe and the States of the USA, have been played 129,000 times and 75,000 times respectively. I really admire the aforementioned players (and of course the currently active players) for being on the top spots on these maps. I believe these are the hardest maps (along with the countries of South America) to get the #1 spot :)

But I'm not very fast and have no (or almost no) all-time highs (ATHs). I don't participate in the tournament (don't have the time, and do have repetitive-motion issues in my fingers). I try to compensate by making games and offering advice.
