To the person who created and later on took away the Cities of Portugal game: The license for my map thing was a joke! I though that was clear!? Of course it's not a problem if you use my map!

I created the game but i didn't take ir off. I didn't even see your comment.
Anyway, sorry for not asking to use your map.
If it's ok to use it, i would like to see the game online again.
Thanks :)
I thought you took it off. Maybe there is a built-in self destruction mode in each games, and if the word "license" comes up in the comments ... Oh oh! I hope not. Can't you see the game in the My Games section?
And there are two more possibilities:
1) David (the site's owner) may have seen it, and deleted it.
2) Ordep may have deleted the background, not realizing that the game goes with it when you do that.
In earnest, I don't think David could have misunderstood my comment about me demanding 199 dollars. If really so, I hope ordep's game is in a backup file and can be recovered.
Your 2nd point is more interesting. I always wanted to ask or try if that is so. Now I don't have to.
My joke radar must be way off. :)
I set this game to probation mode until it was sorted out whether or not it was OK to use the map.
The game is available again.
Phew! Thanks David, I already started feeling guilty now aware of the fact, that the game could have been deleted.
No problem. I should've guessed it was a joke. I must've been a bit off form.
That was fun. :)
Thanks both!

Yeah, when you delete the background the game goes. I recently deleted several of my games to redo them, but I got a bit sloppy about it, and threw out a couple of backgrounds I meant to retain. My own fault of course: you do get a message that tells you that the games will be deleted, so you have a chance to cancel.
All the same, I'll eventually get them all back in, including the accidental deletions.
My other mistake: I should have left them all up and removed and redone them one at a time. As it happened, I soon became busy with other things, and so far have only replaced two with my revisions.

It's great that you monitor the forum and take care of problems like the one with this Portugal game. Rating: five stars.
