I've added a new game - Famous European Sites - with the added feature of being linked to Wikipedia, so you'll immediatly find information on things you aren't that familiar with.

Just click on the learn more link within the game itself (it appears once you click on the map) and it'll take you directly to the lookup of the site.

Feel free to give me some feedback on the sites included in the game.

    Good game.

There were a few that I never heard about (like that thing on iceland and that ringy thing in scotland) but I'll look them up soon and some sites were kinda hard to recognise since I knew only the original name (like st. Marks square and the Brandenburger gate) but I fully understand why you put the english name on the map.

So no complaints, but perhaps you could find some worthy sites for easern europe since the map looks kinda unbalanced atm.

Yes indeed. The sites in the game are clearly biased towards western europe and I guess that comes from me being a western european resident myself.

Suggestions for eastern european sites are welcome. I'll look into it myself also for a future update of the game.

I did a bit of quick research for eastern european sites:

Poland / Belarus (it's situated on the border of the two just above the bulge of Belarus into Poland)
    Białowieża Primaeval Forest http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bia%C5%82owie%C5%BCa_Forest
It's europe's last primaeval forest, which means it's not controlled by man whatsoever. The only other primaeval forests left on the planet are in Siberia, inland Canada, the Amazon and the New Zealand Alps. It's on the UNESCO heritage list since 1992.

    Ukraine
    Chernobyl ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chernobyl or http://wikitravel.org/en/Chernobyl )
It's a must have with the exploding nuclear reactor and all. And you can even go there as a tourist :) Located 110km from Kiev and 16km from the border with Belarus.

That's all for now. Perhaps I come up with more later.

    Thanks GoldenGhost, that's just excellent.

I'm a bit busy in other projects right now but that's a good contribution to a future update of the euro-sites game.
