Give my congratulations to Niklas!
Nobody does it better than he does.
The game making is one thing: he does it better than anybody else.
But his contribution at PG goes far beyond making games. Check the forum: he's always there to suggest improvements in the site, report glitches, and offer advice to newbies.
He has often given me a "heads up" on errors in my games, so that I can fix them, and I'm sure that he does this for many others. That kind of thing is valued by most game authors, as it helps them improve their games. Most people don't bother to do that (or aren't as knowledgeable as Niklas...).
Add to that his many great tournaments, his cooperation in coordinated tournaments, and his participation in the GameFellas initiative awhile back, and you've got someone who's made a very positive impact at PurposeGames.
He is someone I am proud to call a friend.
Niklas reminds us all that there's more to PurposeGames than being the "Fastest mouse in the West".
