why did i write that on my control panel?? grr, i shouldn't be at university..

the 2nd week stage :) im doing history/sociology, starts off equal then you can choose a pathway later on. My first proper China lecture is tomorrow. Name of module is War, Revolution and Reform: China Since 1900. I'd say it's certainly the module I know the least about (previous experience limited to The Last Emperor, the Beijing Olympics and PurposeGames), but also the one I'm most excited to start. I really think I will manage to stay awake for this one.

That's excellent news! What stage are you at in your university career? What's your subject/major?

Ah - I misread your remark completely. I just realized your comment is accusatory and suggestive. To relieve your alarm, I'm letting you know my effort is noble.

In response to your comment on the leaderboard: I've tried extremely hard to catch up to bix21's score and I couldn't. He's definitely bested me thus far. I hope his superb effort isn't peccantly supplanted.

But do be aware that the pentathlon per se was not my idea. Dal's or RDG's, I think.

The GameFellas have all cooperated here. Each of us added what we could. Stacking idea upon idea, as it were. I think we're all glad it was so well-received.

For my part, I had some moments of doubt as to whether or not people would like it.

I think we got the answer within a day of the first game we posted...

And I think there may be more in the future.
