The purpose of the game "Subtraction Clock (N-1)" is simple practice math (rote learning) for kids.
Although for some reason, people who delight in getting the fastest times on games seem to like the math clock series as well. For those people, learning the math isn't the point: it's getting the fastest times on enough games to get a high rank in the leaderboard.
