The Russian-speaking minority was supposed to represent Kaliningrad, or is that really just a military base? Thanks for the information on the other dialects. I didn't want to crowd the map *too* much. Please let me know if any dots should be moved.

I used this wikipedialist as a reference and decided to use only the countries with absolutely no military otherwise the question will arise, for example in the case of Iceland, how can a country with no military force be member of a military alliance (NATO).
