Hi Geodude:
I got your comment regarding my "Landlocked Countries of the World" game.
Getting the arrows in is easy, if you have software that lets you do it. I use PhotoShop Elements. I think you could do the same in PowerPoint, and any of a number of other applications.
Really, all you need is an app that lets you drag or paste the pic in and then modify it, and save it in a PurposeGames-compatible format.
So in this case, I got the image from Wikimedia, put it into the application, and modified it with the tools available in PhotoShop Elements. I cropped the map to exclude much of the world (making the rest larger), and cut out & repasted Europe, resizing it to make it larger. I drew in the box around Europe by using the line tool, and also used the line tool to add arrows. I used the paint bucket to color countries of interest.
