Very nice game. You can copy and paste the special characters with Strg-c and Strg-v if you don't have them on your keyboard and need them: ä ö ü Ä Ö Ü ß
Another possibility is to use the English translations used in Wikipedia and on the official websites of the parks, "Lower Saxony Wadden Sea" for example instead of "Niedersächsisches Wattenmeer".
