Cairo should def be included, along with Lagos and Buenos Aires, and Hong Kong should be taken off.

Hong Kong definitely does not belong to the list of the world's 15 biggest metropolitan areas, with a population of only 7 million people. Cairo, with a population of over 17 million people, should have been on this list instead.

Doffa
Many of the cities could be placed better, including Jakarta, Mumbai, Mexico City. Also if you use Mumbai and not Bombay then you should use Kolkata and not Calcutta. Minor points but, good game othewise.
