The Longest-Lasting Empires in History
-
Author's Game Description
A Comprehensive game !
Find out the longest lasting Empires during history of Civilization.
There should be all the Empires longest than 50 years, according to: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_longest-lasting_empires.
The dot is placed somewhere in the Empire, not always the political center, so that the dot are not too crowded.
There are approximately 90 dots and I am not gonna use a different map so that you can see where civilizations concentrated during history.Category: History Games

As tickman said, the problem is know but i can't resist to make "complete" games. I know David will correct this soon or later and the game will work perfectly.
There are not too many dots, it just depend on what you are looking for. There are games with 100+ dots, like capitals or elements, so what ? if you think it is too difficult just don't play them. If the topic requires many dots, why don't use them.
French Empire: this is a more sensible comment. There are two colonial Empires for France, and I used two different colonies to distinguish them, Canada and Algeria, cos' they were in one of the Empire and not in the other.
The observation about the dot not in the political center is redundant with the Description of the Game that I already gave, so you could have expected it.
The observation about the crowding: yes, you are right, there are way too many dots in India and Mesopotamia but this is how history was... and I am usually using the same map because , as I again stated in the description, I want to show exactly THIS, that some regions in the world were more active than others.
Thankx for your comments

@ mathie:
That last dot problem is not a new thing. It seems that when the number of dots gets above 60-70, it is fairly common that the game sometimes crashes.

Hmm... site crashed while clicking the last dot. 40% after more than 5 minutes.
But hey, this is too crazy. Far too many dots and therefore not clear which dot is mentioned. French Empire with its dot in Canada? You wrote it's not always the political centre, but it's both too crowded and not clear.
But I haven't spent 5 minutes of my time with no score, so I will play it again, it's not that bad and I'll give it 3*. :-)

I didn't mean the amount of dots - crashing is not your fault, even if you've made it a 1,000-dot-game - but the density of it in - indeed - India and Mesopotamia. The problem with a lot of dots is that they have (e.g.) 5 correct possibilities.
About your last sentence: if that was - one of - your reason(s) to show this, you succeeded for 100%. Empires rise and fall and we have to deal with more and more history to learn. ;-)
