Extending to the south from central Europe into the Mediterranean Sea, the Balkan Peninsula includes the countries of Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Macedonia, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, and the geographical/political region of European Turkey.

It might have been a conscious choice not to include Kosovo. After all, its case is still pending. It is not unanimously recognised, and certainly not by the UN.

You forgot Kosovo and you should make it much more detailed. You can also stick the background into an editing program and make it more colorful and add some cool stuff. Right now I think it should be 2/5, but I won't rate it just yet so add more stuff to it.
