Why would you ever have to use the verb "HAVE!" as a command?
Many idiomatic expressions use the verb TENER so the correct translation would not be "HAVE!" but often "BE!", like in the expressions "BE CAREFUL!" (ten cuidado) and "DON'T BE AFRAID!" (no tengas miedo). Nonetheless you will have to know how to conjugate TENER in the command form to say them.
