Mampoer is distilled from peaches. Witblits is distilled in the same way, but is made from any kind of fruit. Alcoholic content of about 90%.

Hmm... Rooibos tea :-). That koeksister sound delicious too.
Maybe some more information would be helpful. mampoer? got some searching up to do I see :-)
