Well, I certainly hope that by the time the Earth snowballs, the geography is considerably different. Like maybe Australia will be part of Asia, or North America and Asia will be merged into a supercontinent, or an ocean is forming in what used to be the Great Rift Valley, and so on...
In other words:
A long time from now.
