I have absolutely no idea what this game is about - I'm sure it's something very important, and it looks pretty - but other than, I'm stumped!

I think I'd flunk the lab practical on this one. Even in a much larger image, I can't tell all the cell types apart except by location. Too many of them just look alike...

The game features small sections from the rumen of a sheep. The rumen is part of the multi-chambered stomach found in animals like cattle, sheep, giraffes, camels, deer, etc.
The sections are stained, and mounted on slides for viewing under a microscope.
The game is not earth-shattering, but animals with rumens are very important to us and to the environment.
