This is very interesting, but the color-coding key should be included on the map of the game as it is in the original map.

Note that many of the nations shown as "atendees" are such because of their status as members of regional organizations:
ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations); most nations of Southeast Asia
CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States); many former republics of the old USSR.
Note that Georgia is withdrawing from the CIS. The nation has already disengaged from many structures, and final termination of the relationship will become effective as of August 17, 2009.
Additionally, Ukraine and Turkmenistan have never ratified the CIS charter.
