You're somewhat wrong on Douala, as it is the largest city in Cameroon, and is known by nearly all geographers.

paulfunI - You had no idea of it for a very good reason. Kingston has fewer than 160,000 residents by any measure and doesn't belong here. The dot is in the right place (Kingston would be a little east - at the other end of Lake Ontario), but it is now correctly labeled as Hamilton. I got it confused from my Former capitals game.
