Cute, but I appreciate BoboLo's concern. If they were the secondary cities of said name, that would be one thing, but usually these are tertiary, quaternary or worse.

The logic is that each of these city names is well known. The trick is that I've chosen relatively unknown (or at least lesser-known) cities which correspond to these names. In most cases, I had numerous choices of alternate cities to pick from. I tried to spread them out around the map.
Really, it's nothing but learning the off-locations as they appear in the game. Not very logical, just kind of a challenge.
