you are right: it is "Super Man Helps Every One". That isn't quite the correct English, as "everyone" is one word these days, at least in the usage given here. Tiny Tim's "God bless us, every one" is a different usage.
But then, so the character "Superman" is also one word, again in the usage given.
As far as LSC (Lake St. Claire) goes, just too small. Years ago, there was a failed attempt to make Lake Champlain a Great Lake. That would have made it (in my opinion "Super Man Helps Every One Cheat".
I didn't make up any of these devices: many of them are from the listed websites. Others, I've known for awhile.
