Kosovo is an Internationally recognized, independent state as of 2008. ANd it should so not say Republic of Macedonia. Either: Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, or Macedonia, not a mix of both

This is an excellent game. Impressive work behind and a wonderful work in front. Five stars, of course.

Nice map. I usually try to use the same map to give a sense of familiarity but sometimes Europe is impossible to treat !

About exahausting the potential: I am also always amazed by the number of topics we still have to touch.
Probably no one is interested but no-one had games about directors, violinists, cellists ! I am happy to contribute them but still, classical music is a topic not many people are thinking about. I am sure there are many other.

Getting the arrows in is easy, if you have software that lets you do it. I use PhotoShop Elements. I think you could do the same in PowerPoint, and any of a number of other applications.
Really, all you need is an app that lets you drag or paste the pic in and then modify it, and save it in a PurposeGames-compatible format.
So in this case, I got the image from Wikimedia, put it into the application, and modified it with the tools available in PhotoShop Elements. I cropped the map to exclude much of the world (making the rest larger), and cut out & repasted Europe, resizing it to make it larger. I drew in the box around Europe by using the line tool, and also used the line tool to add arrows. I used the paint bucket to color countries of interest.

Thank you all for the nice comments.
I saw the topic in Wikipedia, and did a search (or series of searches) back here on PurposeGames. I was a bit stunned to realize that it hadn't been done previously.
Just goes to show that we're not even close to exhausting the potential here at PurposeGames.

@ JSEVEY :
Thanks for the comment.
Kosovo is internationally recognized by some (about 1/3) of the world's nations, and not by the other 2/3. that 2/3 represent most of the world's people including 2 permanent members of the UN security council (Russia and China) and other large nations: India, Mexico, Brazil, etc.
Re: Macedonia, the long form of the name "former Yugoslav Republic of..." doesn't fit the text block. That form is rarely used anymore, anyway.
The Hellenic Republic objects to both other forms, as that country also has a Macedonia, as does Bulgaria. Nevertheless, both of these forms are in common usage today. "Republic of" lets you know I'm not talking about a Greek or Bulgarian region. As far as I can tell, there is no one correct, agreed-upon name here.
Needless to say, I can't go into such lengthy considerations in making a game here. It all has to fit the text block.
You gotta love the Balkans. So much is disputed. I hope someday all the disputes and conflicts are resolved peacefully. But I'm not holding my breath: much of this goes back many, many centuries...
Thanks again, and sorry for the long-winded explanation.
