There's still one thing: the cue words for the lobar bronchii are just "Superior" "Middle" and "Inferior", it is impossible to tell what they refer to!
Otherwise a good and challenging game :)

Thanks to Lethal for some suggestions. He has pointed out one mistake that was present in the original image I used (I've fixed that).
He also pointed out some synonymous terminologies, and I have adjusted the game by including some of those in parentheses.
Additionally, I have added the term "Branch of" to the terms "Pulmonary artery" and "Pulmonary vein", because the structures shown are fairly small branches of larger vessels.
Finally, there was one issue that confused me at first when I made the game, and was also problematical for Lethal. That's with the representation of arteries and veins.
Without giving it away entirely remember that red represent oxygenated blood (not arteries per se), blue represents deoxygenated blood (not veins per se).
You may have to ponder that for awhile if what you see doesn't fit your preconceptions. If you have trouble with the concept, drop me a line in my message board.
Thanks again, Lethal.

there are some mistakes in this game...

There are already several games on this topic. Most can be seen by doing a search for 'lung' or 'respir" (not the whole word 'respiratory': at least one game has spelling issues in the title).
There is also one game for the alveoli only.
This game is far more complex than any of the others, so be advised that it may be a bit of a challenge.

Plux:
I did it that way to avoid the too-long clue syndrome. (e.g., "Right Superior Lobar Bronchii").
Sometimes long clues to not show up completely in the text block. Also, long (even not very long hints on a wrong response get cut off on the right side).
What I sometimes do in such cases is to leave part of the original text in place, as I did here. There are a number of my games using this device.
Long after I made this game, I found out that the clues would have fit anyway (my fault for not checking it first). But in many of my games, it is absolutely necessary to do it this way.
So your observation is correct, but at this point it is too late to change the background.
But thanks for playing and commenting.
