Great game, I think the aesthetics are fine as it is. You could use an effect layer with PS to give it a 3D feeling, but that's trivial.

I think it is ridiculous to fault this game for (a supposed lack of) aesthetics; this isn't fine art... it is a fine game.
There is a misspelling: "Magdelena" should be "MagdAlena". I gave you 5 stars because I know you'll go back and change it.

I think the blue border looks nice, you can tell it is a carefully chosen shade and is pleasant to the eye.

I'm giving you a 4 for this one T.
Solid. Nice looking. Really good game.
It's that last aesthetically finish like the blue border, that should not have been there in my taste, that shaves off that one point from being a 5.
But don't let that get you down. It's one of the better games I've seen in a while and I wanted to tell you that.
