Not as difficult as one might have thought on first viewing. Interesting that Nizhny Novgorod oblast is considered fictional, since the dot seems to mark the real Nizhny Novgorod city (which is located in the oblast or district).

Looking at it again, I see I copied and pasted the real town, not the imaginary town. The name of the latter is Kitezh.
I agree that it is easier than it first seems. It's actually the towns in the English-speaking world that are most difficult.
