Great game - I use inkscape to help but I think you are doing a bit more graphic manipulation in your games than me. Was surprised how easy it was to recognize people.

I create all my games entirely myself. The silhouettes are all cut out and pasted into an empty background as is the logo and name.
It's all done with Illustrator and Photoshop CS4!
