Montenegro USE te EURO, because they've no own currency. The game is perfect. Please, play my game about the original/old currencies in the countries of Europe!

Montengro isn't using the euro yet. You should remove this country from the game.

You should add Slovakia, as well, a member since 2009.
Montenegrins (as well as Kosovars) do use Euro, but following a decision of their own. No bilatteral agreement. They just buy Euros and use them in their transactions.
