The official Date was set to 3rd October 1990 but the border fell in 1989.

Funny game. But East and West Germany merged in 1990 (oct.) - not in 1989.

Taiwan is not independent, and neither is Zanzibar, and i think there was one more in Tanzania.

Good game, but Burma is placed a bit too far to the east, it's over the border between Laos/Cambodia/Thailand right now.
