Yes Mortensen is danis Mortenson is swedish and yes only southern Sweden understands spoken danish but many danes understand swedis or norvegian but not any finnish.

This is highly questionable. Ideally yes, but I don't think that even a majority of Swedes and Norwegians would agree that they understand spoken Danish.

I am norwegian and i must say I don't understand spoken danish.. even though I pretend that I do sometimes.. :P
