Fruit or Vegetable?
Ok, let's go out on a limb!
From a culinary point of view, are these fruits or vegetables?

Very nice game...! But isn't the tomato a fruit...? Have a really nice day, anyway!

Yes, it is a tricky subject, but you did it very well.
For more (maybe too much) information, particularly regarding artichokes:
Technically, the artichoke is considered to be a bud.
And since it is a composite (sunflower & aster family), it is not a bud of a single flower, but of a head, which is a type of inflorescence (group of flowers).
The edible part is the base of the inflorescence (the heart), and the basal portions of the "scales" or "leaves" below the inflorescence proper. Technically these are called involucral bracts.
And all of that makes it a vegetable.

@Alcyone, Tickman
Thanks for bringing this up, as I was struggeling with this when I was creating this game (hence 'going out on a limb'. I indeed chose to go for the culinary point of view upon this subject, as there are many perspectives.
But yes, a tomato is considered to be a fruit as well.
And what about the artichoke? It's a flower!
@All: thanks for the compliments.

Alcyone:
True, but he specifically states in the description that this is from a culinary (vs botanical) point of view.
And in that point of view, cucumbers, tomatoes, squash etc. are vegetables. Had he included rhubarb, it most likely would've been a fruit, since it is usually used as such.
As you say, this is a very good game.

great game! But funny thing is that tomato is really a fruit, so is cucumber, because they have seeds, but its common to see these as vegetables:)
