I am rather sure that Oceania is technically a region, not a continent. Still, it's a pretty good game.

You have a point. Antartica though is a specific case: national territorial claims there have been suspended under the Antartica Treaty system, so one can both maintain or reject that a country spans that continent.

You have a good point about Norway, but I still didn't include it, because all its overseas territories are subject to the Antarctic Treaty.
As for Denmark, Greenland is not an integral part of Denmark; it's an autonomous country within the Kingdom of Denmark. Same with all overseas territories of UK: they are seperate non-independent subjects. See also my comment about France, 10 comments before.

What about Denmark - Europe/America (or maybe America/Europe, if you look at area)?. And the UK (with the Falkland Islands and South Georgia): Europe/America/Antarctica. One could also add Norway - Europe/Antarctica, but that is not so obvious.

Well, continent boundaries are fluid in many cases, especially with regard to islands. There is no rule, so we make a choice among many alternatives, not without reservations. I don't necessarily disagree that Madeira is European, but I can't maintain it's 100% so, because some sources (including unreliable ones) claim it's associated with Africa.

No, Madeira is 100% European too... Madeira is not considered African, Wikipedia is not a trustable site...

Culturally they are, but, as for Spain, Ceuta, Melilla and the Canaries are geographically part of Africa. As for Portugal, Madeira can be also considered part of Africa.
