It's nice. Yea, Maryland had soldiers on both sides of the conflict. However, as soon as they started to talk about seccesion, Lincoln declared it a national emergency, and, completely ignoring the Constitution, put pro-seccesion legislatures in jail, without charges, and closed (permanantly) pro-seccesion newspapers. He declared it to be a time of "rebellion". However, rebellion it was not. It was (Until soon afterwards....) a pieceful splitting apart of a nation into two smaller nations. What Lincoln did was completely illegal, and (personal opinion) immoral, particularily when the war was not over slavery until 1863, half way through it.

I don't want to say anything, but I thought Maryland and Delaware were also on both sides like WV and KY. And how could you not now VA wasn't in the CSA? Richmond was the capital, lol.

This game wasn't supposed to be that hard, my idea was that it would tell people which states actually was in the CSA, I don't think that everyone, especially outside the US, know that. I for one thoght VA was with the union states...
