The latest in spelling seems to be Sumqayit according to Wikipedia, nevertheless my original spelling was wrong and I changed it.
In the Sian case I think the map projection is making the positioning a bit hard. If you look towards Vietnam it should be a little bit more to the east, but if you look at Mongolia it should be more to the west (all when I look at e.g. Google Earth) so I think the current position is relatively correct.

Nice game again. A couple of queries: (i) it should be Sumgait rather than Sumgail; and (ii) is Xi'an a little too far west on the map, or is it just my imagination?
