I think there is a 2nd Kharkov where the dot was originally positioned but not the one that was supposed to be in this game so I moved the dot. Thanks for letting me know!

What's this Kharkov? I have always used Kharkov to refer to the Ukrainian city Kharkiv (it's the Russian name and when the USSR still existed it was the commonly used name even among people coming from there (when speaking Scandinavian languages)). Have the dot migrated erroneously or is there a second (secret) Kharkov?
