the last 4 letters of "Maputo" sounds like a spanish insult.

A hard game, but a wonderful game 5*.

8th time's the charm! :) ...and really I wasn't complaining--this is a well designed game, dealing effectively (if frustratingly) with the vagaries of nation-size and function variation.

There wasn't much else I could do, considering S. Africa's 3-capital system.
That, and the 2 little countries made this a tough game to figure out how to make.
It's the first time I've ever expanded out by making a country smaller than it is in the main map...

Quite a maddening game, what with the split in South Africa's capitals!

Absolutely the most utterly diabolical of this series yet!
Gadzooks! Reminds me of the RonaldDerGrosse colors vs names of colors game. The administrative - judicial - legislative South Africa twist maxes out the mind's ability to click on what one should, in spite of full information.
I misclick once near completion one time, and then am no better off many tries later. Aarrghhh! (5 *, of course!)

How the game works:
Each country contains several dots. One is labeled with the name of the capital. The others in the same state are labled with "Not [name of the capital]".
So if it was say, the US state of Nebraska, one dot in Nebraska says "Lincoln" the others all say "Not Lincoln".
Next door in Colorado, there are several dots. One says "Denver", the others all say "Not Denver".
So you are reinforced several times for the name of the capital, but only once for its location...
