Bah. I can get 100% all day long now, but I'm not getting anywhere near 10 seconds. 12-13, no problem. I'll need great placement and perfect play to have a shot. Nice times, guys!

I'm not sure it's a glitch. There are more dots than questions and which cities you get to look for is randomized. There are only 10 cities to find but it takes a while to learn them because no clues are revealed.
