There are many cities at around 70 000 - 100 000 inhabitants in the area, and in order not to have the game overcrowded I have only added cities in this size for the low population states/areas. I did however add Dayton, thanks for the comment.

The city of Dayton in Ohio is also pretty large. Depending on criteria of population there are also others in this section of the country. Youngstown, Ann Arbor, Kalamazoo.
