If everything but Hong Kong is in Pinyin, how about changing it to Xianggang.

I moved some of the cities a bit, one of them Taiyuan. I'll have to blame that this was one of the earliest games I made :)

Some of the cities are not at all in the right location which confuses... Xi'an for example should definitely be west of Taiyuan

i guess I should change it to Hong Kong, the name Victoria still seems to exist but it is merely a district in Hong Kong, not a city.
