Nice idea for a game. But "Respiratory" is misspelled.
Also, there really aren't ribs shown. That's not a problem for diaphragm, because the dot is non-ambiguous in location. You might consider moving the "ribs" dot just to the right of the lung.
Otherwise, good game.
