No one can click on the dot in zero time, but it is impressing that someone can in less than 0.05 seconds.

It's not very popular. You can see this my it's 1 and a half star rating.
It is played a lot because people want to try to get the best time. Therefore they play this game over and over again trying to tie Mister Samsonite.
The game is extremely short so it's easy for some people to just play this game over and over again.
