Question....if the President appoints the Supreme Court Justice....why does the Congress play around with his choice and confirms him or her. There was one "her" recently that gave up and pulled her name from consideration.

Congrats! I really like the idea of both rotating and selecting different questions. Makes things a lot harder, but also much more interesting.

The questions for this test are randomly selected from a lager group of questions, so the test should be different each time you play.
