Austria-Hungary wasn't founded until 1867. I'm changing it back.

If I understand it correctly the Kingdom of Westphalia became a part of Hessen-Darmstadt in 1803 which in 1806 became one of the members in Confederation of the Rhine.

I fixed the Warsaw-issue though.
