Why the "jolly old" preceding England? There's no "jolly old Sichuan" or "jolly old West Java"...I don't quite follow.

Note:
I have changed the two Punjabs to indicate the national identity (Indian and Pakistani), so as to reduce confusion for those playing the game.

Will fix Guangdong as well...

OK, the "Californica" is wrong. I'll fix it. Two regions called Punjab is right: one is Indian Punjab and the other Pakistani Punjab.
Thanks for your remarks.

Another minor typo - Guangdong instead of Guandong. But another superb game!

There are two regions called Punjab in this game and California shouldn't be spelled Californica. The map is a bit distorted but I don't mind. It was fun.

The map (prior to my mangling of it) is here:

It is color-coded by population, which is useful. I have recolored it to make it easier for the game, and have totally butchered the geography.

@ Forderella:
Just a bit of humor. The phrase is oft-associated with England.
