Actually, Jacksonville, Indianapolis and Columbus should be on here, along with Fort Worth, San Jose, San Antonio, And Kansas City. Some shouldn't be here like: St. Louis, Tampa, Pittsburgh, Portland. Unless this game was by metropolitan area, then I guess you're pretty much right.

Toronto is marked at Hamilton.
Cleveland is marked almost at Toledo.
Both should be farther Northeast.
